World Manularism Theory

The World Manularism Theory is a theoretical idea that founded by Adi Rio Arianto and Gesti Anggraini belong to Mazhab Indonesia “Manunggalism”: The Indonesian School of World Relations. Manunggalism is making the Eastern World Relations Theory (EWRT) to balance the Western International Relations Theory (WIRT) on Secularism through the operational theory of World Manularism Theory.

The World Manularism Theory states that there is a mystical-oneness-ties of the values ​​of Kapitayan, Animism, Dynamism, and Waliism in Bhinneka Tunggal Ika by prioritizing the Manularism system (“Haryamatra Manunggal Manularian Semesta”) over the Secularism system (“Novus Ordo Seclorum”). “Manularism” is a system ideology by cooperating political-power with mystical-power of the God. Otherwise, “Secularism” is a system ideology by breaking the political-power from the mystical-power of the God.

In order to explore Kapitayan, Animism, Dynamism, and Waliism which will correlate with the Kapitayan system as the  Kejawen Sciences in Nusantara  and among Eastern nations, then Indonesian School of World Relations Manunggalism (Mazhab Indonesia) strives to unite Eastern world-nations around the world by means of unifying the perceptions and manunggalizing all of Eastern World mystical references become manular power to build a world throughout the Eastern’s values then we call it as the World Mystical-Manularism Theory. The World Mystical-Manularism Theory can be explained as the following bellow: 

(1). Nusantara Kapitayan system as the Kejawen Sciences in Nusantara (Ancient Java) is the first mystical-oneness-ties with all of these traditions (Animism, Dynamism, and Waliism) very carefully according to the conditions of the Eastern world in Nusantara. In this context, during the pre-Hindu-Buddhist kingdom, Indonesia started the belief through Kapitayan continued with Animism, Dynamism, and Waliism which in the end this belief could be integrated with another Eastern world.

(2). Nusantara Animism system is the second mystical-oneness-ties with Ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, and Persia world. In Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia, the adaptation of Animism in the form of worship of exalted Gods and became human moral guardianship, including harmony with nature. Persia adapted Animism through the Worship of the God of Fire.

(3). Nusantara Dynamism system is the third mystical-oneness-ties with Eastern World, especially Mongolia, Japan and China, including Ancient Egypt. In the tradition of Dynamism, during the Mongol empire made nature a great temple where all humans could pray for good and the power to dispel evil.

(4). Nusantara Waliism system is fourth mystical-oneness-ties with the Arabian world to the presence of Wali Songo in Nusantara. Basically, all Eastern nations, still adapting Kapitayan, Animism, Dynamism, and Waliism in building relations among nations throughout the world from ancient times to the present day, namely “world harmony of human beings, the universe, and the God which at his time was symbolized differently”.

(5). Finally, World Mystical-Manularism System could explain the all mystical-oneness-ties in Eastern World starting from the Nusantara Kapitayan-Manunggalism System and become as the Indonesian tradition which almost heavily inter-influenced with the whole Eastern World tradition in the form of Nusantara Animism-Hinduism System, followed by the Nusantara Dynamism-Buddhism System, and finally followed by Nusantara Waliism-Islamism which came in the last wave. Basically it still maintains the ancient Nusantara tradition “Kapitayan system as the Kejawen Sciences in Nusantara“ within Bhineka Tunggal Ika of Pancasila which drive Manunggalism into the “Indonesian School of World Relations Manunggalism (Mazhab Indonesia).

According to the detailed explanations, Animism is a belief that views all objects or places, both material and non-material throughout the world, have a soul that must be respected so that the soul has harmony with human life. Most of the Eastern nations believe that the institutions formed by humans in the East initially adhered to a uniform Animism system, in Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia for example the adaptation of Animism was carried out in the form of worship of exalted Gods and became a source of moral guardian between man and the God, also to keep harmony with the nature.

Meanwhile, the Persian adapted Animism through the worship of the God of Fire to maintain the spirit and peace of life. In this context, during the Hindu-Buddha kingdom, Indonesia started the belief through the adaptation of Animism which in the end this belief could be integrated with other Eastern world-nations. That is what causes the Nusantara Kapitayan tradition to be almost as heavily mutually influencing with Indian traditions in the form of Animism-Hindu, followed by the tradition of Dynamism-Buddha, and Waliism-Islam which came in the last wave.

Dynamism can be used to build ties with Eastern world, especially Mongolia, Japan and China, including Ancient Egypt. In the traditions of Dynamism, the Mongols during the Mongol empire made nature a great temple where all humans could pray for good and the power to dispel evil. Meanwhile, the traditions of Waliism-Islam built our ties with the Arab world to the presence of Wali Songo in the archipelago. From this brief discussion, it can be concluded that basically all Eastern nations, although not all of them are uniform, have and are still adapting Kapitayan, Animism, Dynamism, and Waliism in building relations between nations throughout the world from ancient times to today, namely “harmony with fellow humans, the universe, and the Creator: God, who at his time was symbolized differently”.

As an effort to present a new way of understanding the world order from the operating of The World Manularism Theory, in this case the Manunggalism is paradigm, philosophy, and theory could explaining the World Order through the values of Kapitayan, Animism, Dynamism, and Waliism in Bhinneka Tunggal Ika by prioritizing of the Manularism against the Secularism.

The World Manularism Theory is used to identify the all mystical-oneness-ties among the Indonesian mystical tradition with the whole Eastern World mystical tradition according to the six world relation system in the forming of the system of Kapitayan tradition, followed by Animism tradition, Dynamism tradition, and Waliism tradition which basically still maintains the ancient Nusantara tradition “Kapitayan-Manunggalism” within Bhinneka Tunggal Ika of Pancasila.

In this way, World Manularism Theory could explain the system of world during the Nusantara world and become as the Indonesian tradition which almost heavily inter-influenced with the whole Eastern World tradition starting from the Nusantara Kapitayan-Manunggalism System, followed by Nusantara Animism-Hinduism System, followed by the Nusantara Dynamism-Buddhism System, and finally followed by Nusantara Waliism-Islamism System which came in the last wave.

Basically it still maintains the ancient Nusantara tradition “Kapitayan system as the Kejawen Sciences in Nusantara“ within Bhineka Tunggal Ika of Pancasila which drive Manunggalism into the “Indonesian School of World Relations Manunggalism (Mazhab Indonesia)” go beyond the “Indonesian School of International Relations.” The position of the Eastern World Relations Theory (EWRT) challenging the Western International Relations Theory (WIRT) in redefining the international relations in Manunggalian era 21st century by carrying out the “Manunggalization” against “Globalization” of historical, civilization, culture, traditions, philosophy, ideology, society, and humankind relations.

And, with highly enthusiasm giving the world an alternative ways in viewing the world order by creating dan mainstreaming of World Relations as the discipline that studies ways to organize the “world order” based on the basis of the world order Geometricalism Worlds “Tata Bawana” as World-Nations” by incorporating elements of mythology (metaphysics/mystics) as first priority into the politics to lead and rule the world order as the main foundation for giving birth to “Manularism” (cooperating politics with God) againts “Secularism” (breaking the politics from God). We call the Eastern World Relations Theory (EWRT) challenging the Western International Relations Theory (WIRT).

According above context, we offer World Manularism Theory in understanding the present days world order by the primacy of Mythology (Metaphysics, mystics, or ilmu kebatinan) for the utilization of all “Geometrism” principles includes physical, metaphysical, psychological, ideational, and geometrical bases. Finally, by using the World Manularism Theory within Grand Theory of Manunggalism (Mazhab Indonesia), we can understand the values of Kapitayan, Animism, Dynamism, and Waliism to redefine the World Relations in Manunggalian Era.
