Fifth Base World Security

“Fifth Base World Security” is a theoretical idea that founded by Adi Rio Arianto and Gesti Anggraini belong to the Indonesian School (Manunggalism): The Indonesian School of World Relations to explain how to build world security based on the development of core space values along with the development of threats in eight strategic spaces, namely land, sea, air, underground, galaxy, vacuum, equator, and cyber.

By expanding the meaning of the Geometripolitics Theory, the “Fifth Base World Security” is the final evolution of world security space from First Base World Security-Politics, Second Base World Security-Metapolitics, Third Base World Security-Geopolitics, Fourth Base World Security-Astropolitics, and finally culminating in Fifth Base World Security-Geometripolitics. The Geometripolitics Theory examines the formation of a world order based on the accumulation of physical, metaphysical, psychological, ideational, and geometrical bases as the shapers of world security.

Therefore, Geometripolitics goes beyond the Politics, Metapolitics, Geopolitics, and Astropolitics as the final theory that tries to map out in detail the relationship between balance, power, and security beyond the physical (material), metaphysical (mistical), psychological (spirit) basis by bringing up an “ideationical” basis and “geometrical” basis as a complement to the Fourth and Fifth Basis Balance, Power, and Security. Based on the table, “ideationical” and “geometrical” bases try to explain the formation of power both in cyberspace and all of basis. The “physical” base is a formation of power formed by tangible, tangible, and limited physical objects. The “metaphysical” basis is the formation of power which is supported by the abstraction of mystical that can be assessed causally. Meanwhile, the “psychological” basis is the abstraction of moods that contain power effects to the spirit or soul. Furthermore, the “ideationical” basis is controling ideas by ideological preferences. Meanwhile, the “geometrical (geomonical)” basis is the formation of unlimited virtual power both virtual power beyond its actual/potential power beyond “hegemonical”.
